Vektus and Microsoft Reskill Program for Business Central talent
The Microsoft Reskill Program for Business Central Talent is a partnership we have with Microsoft, aimed at attracting new talent to the industry. As a result of this partnership, we currently have four talented employees participating in the program.
Reskill is a Microsoft Learn Career Connected program that addresses “the talent gap” in the Business Central Partner ecosystem.

By joining the Reskill Program—an initiative designed to address the talent gap in the partner ecosystem—Vektus was able to develop advanced Business Central capabilities in-house, supporting the company’s aggressive growth targets.
What’s more, by participating in this program, Vektus has been able to recruit candidates from outside the IT industry—individuals they would not have been able to reach through traditional recruitment channels. This brings fresh perspectives to the organization.

After onboarding, the new hires received extensive training in product knowledge and professional skills and were coached individually. “The mix of e-learning modules and hands-on, practical tasks, as well as the organization of the study materials and engagement forums, has also been excellent.”
