Document Output is a unique solution that automates the sending of quotes, order confirmations, invoices, reminders, etc. Everything can be sent in a PDF attached to an email – either with a few clicks or completely automatically. Document Output does not require any changes to be made to the reports in order to send them. This makes it easier and cheaper to set up, expand and maintain Document Output.

With Document Output, all activities are logged. So, for example, if a customer requests an invoice, it’s easy to see when it was sent, to whom, and what it looked like.

Document Output contains a wide range of ready-made email templates, each with an associated Business Central report and information about who should receive it. All you need to do is customize the email to your own profile and you’re ready to go. By default, c is prepared for:

  • Pension note

  • Sales invoice

  • Special offers

  • Purchase order

  • Parcel tracking

    (email service without report, but instead a link to the freight forwarder’s website)
