Refa
From NAV to Business Central Cloud with Vektus as a trusted partner

Refa faced a big decision when upgrading their long-standing NAV solution. The system was complex with many customizations, integrations and regulatory requirements.
With a solid and good collaboration and a permanent Vektus consultant who has followed Refa over the years, the choice to continue the collaboration was obvious.

The project started with workshops in May 2024 and went live in January 2025. Like most ERP projects, there were bumps in the road – but they were handled in close collaboration.

Today, Refa is up and running with Business Central Cloud – most customizations have been replaced by standard functionality and the system is now ready for the future.

“In 2024, we chose to upgrade our old NAV 2017 solution to Business Central Cloud. The old system was full of customizations and therefore posed a number of challenges during updates. Our long-standing collaboration with Vektus and the trust in their permanent senior consultant made us choose Vektus as our partner – they knew our business and provided stable and competent support.
Although I was skeptical about project management, the regular status meetings were a great benefit and ensured progress. Hospidana
Hospidana upgrades to Business Central Cloud
After many years of preparation and an increasing need for digitization, Hospidana switched from NAV 2009 to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Cloud in January 2025.
“We considered the upgrade for several years, but only now the functionality in Business Central Cloud is what we need – and when the legal requirement for digital accounting came, it was time,” says Michael Aalborg, Plant Manager, Hospidana.
The solution was delivered on time and within budget. And with both internal experience in Hospidana’s parent company and two dedicated Vektus consultants, the foundation was laid for an efficient and trusting project process.

Today, Hospidana runs on a standard cloud solution with Document Capture and Power BI, and the system has been well received by employees. The collaboration with Vektus continues in the next digitization phase – Tasklet Factory.
