JobManager is directly integrated with Business Central. Each employee’s time registration is automatically transferred to the payroll system so that payroll can be run quickly and correctly – every time.

When the registration of time and cost information on tasks, projects and productions is updated automatically in Business Central, you avoid extensive and time-consuming manual data entry.

With JobManager, you can record time and data on production orders, projects, service orders, etc. both at the workplace and on the go using the JobManager App.

Payroll preparation

JobManager calculates the correct salary basis based on each employee’s collective agreements, working hours and time registrations.

  • The salary basis is automatically transferred to the payroll system.

  • Integration with external payroll systems such as Multiløn Erhverv (Bluegarden).

  • Set up payroll rules, with the option of advanced collective agreements – all set up as data rules that don’t require coding.

  • Simple and flexible setup of working hours, shifts and collective agreements with limitations such as seniority and skills.
